Return Policy - Gogochanger

Welcome to Gogochanger (hereinafter referred to as "our store"). To protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, standardize the return and exchange process, and enhance the shopping experience, we have formulated this Return Policy. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all decorative items (hereinafter referred to as "products") sold by our store through our official website and platforms. If otherwise specified on the platform, during promotions, or on the product page, such information shall prevail.

Seven-Day Unconditional Return

1. Eligibility: Within seven days from the date of receipt (i.e., 168 hours from midnight the day after receipt), a request for a return without reason may be made, provided the product is in good condition and does not affect resale.

2. Exclusions (but not limited to):

  • Customized products, products with engraving, or products processed to customer specifications;
  • Perishable or fragile products, or products that pose a quality or safety risk upon unpacking;
  • Products clearly marked as non-returnable;
  • Products whose value has significantly decreased due to use, washing, or damage by the consumer;
  • Products where the seven-day no-questions-asked return policy is explicitly excluded on the product page or in the promotional rules.

3. Return Process:

  • Submitting a return request: Please submit your return request within seven days via customer@gogochanger.com. Please include your order number, reason for return, product photos, and proof of receipt (if required).
  • Review and Confirmation: We will review and provide return instructions within two business days of receiving your request.
  • Returning Products: Once the return is confirmed, please ship the product (including original packaging, accessories, invoice, gifts, etc.) to the designated address according to the instructions. Shipping risks and costs will be handled in accordance with this policy.
  • Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will complete the refund within seven business days. The refund will be credited to your payment account (the specific arrival time is subject to the regulations of your payment institution).

Returns and Exchanges Due to Quality Issues

1. Quality Verification: If you discover a damaged, misdelivered, or obvious quality issue upon receipt, please refuse to accept the product and contact us immediately. If you discover a problem after signing for the product, please submit photos, videos, and a description within 48 hours of discovery at customer@gogochanger.com.

2. We promise: For products confirmed to have quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a return, exchange, or repair service (the specific method will be determined by the customer and us). If you choose a refund, the refund process is the same as above.

Return Shipping and Liability

Unconditional Returns: If the conditions for an unconditional return are met, the return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless there is a quality issue or otherwise stated on the product details page or in the promotional rules.

Returns Due to Quality Issues: If the fault is confirmed to be ours or the shipping company's, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Express Insurance and Risks: We recommend that high-value items be insured upon return. Any losses incurred during the return process must be resolved between the consumer and the carrier, unless our store is responsible.

Refund Instructions

1. The refund amount is based on the actual returned and inspected merchandise. Refunds typically include the merchandise price and, if applicable, the refundable shipping fee.

2. If the return results in a change in the value of a gift or requires the return of the gift, our store reserves the right to deduct the corresponding fees from the refund.

3. Refund processing time depends on the payment method and bank processing time. Our store is not responsible for bank processing times after completing the refund.

Exchange Service

1. If the product has quality defects or requires an exchange for the same item (e.g., size, color, etc.), please submit an exchange request via customer@gogochanger.com and return the item according to the instructions. 

2. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If we are unable to accommodate an exchange request, we will offer a return, refund, or exchange for an equivalent value.

After-Sales Review and Appraisal

In the event of a return or exchange dispute, we reserve the right to request relevant documentation (such as photos, videos, unpacking records, purchase history, etc.) and may commission a third-party appraisal to conduct a product quality appraisal. The appraisal results will serve as the basis for handling the matter.

Limitations and Disclaimers

1. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods due to incorrect delivery information or delayed receipt. However, if the delivery is our fault, this will be handled separately.

2. We are not liable for any delays in after-sales service caused by force majeure or third-party system failures, but we will do our best to assist.

Special Notices

1.Please carefully check the appearance, quantity, and included accessories of the product upon receipt. If you find any abnormalities, please refuse delivery and contact customer service immediately.

2. To protect the rights of both parties, please keep your purchase receipt, tracking number, product packaging, and accessories for easy after-sales processing.

3. This policy outlines our after-sales service standards. Specific details are subject to the order confirmation page, product details page, promotional information, and mutual agreement.

4. We reserve the right of final interpretation and modification of this return policy within the scope of law. Modified terms will be posted on our official website and will take effect.
