Shipping Policy - Gogochanger

Welcome to Gogochanger (hereinafter referred to as "our store"). To ensure you have a clear understanding of the order fulfillment process, we have established this Shipping Policy. Scope of Application

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased on our website (including but not limited to decorative items, home decor, holiday decorations, etc.).

Processing and Shipping Times

1. Processing Time: Generally, from order confirmation (successful payment), our store will complete product selection, packaging, and shipping preparation within 1-3 business days. For some customized, pre-sale, or low-stock items, processing time may extend to 5-10 business days. Please refer to the product page for details.

2. Shipping Time: After your order is shipped, please refer to the estimated shipping time below (excluding handling time):

  • Regular Shipping: 7–10 business days
  • VIP Express: 3–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: May extend by 1–5 business days

The above times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may be affected by factors such as holidays, weather, peak logistics times, and customs inspections.

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping Policy

Shipping Rate Calculation: During checkout, shipping rates are automatically calculated based on the delivery address, product weight/volume, and selected shipping method. Special items (such as oversized or fragile items) may incur additional shipping or packaging fees.

Free Shipping Eligibility: Free shipping is automatically applied if the order amount reaches our designated free shipping threshold (as indicated on the checkout page) and the delivery address is within our supported areas. The free shipping threshold may be adjusted during certain promotional periods; please refer to the promotional page or checkout page for details.

Shipping Fee Changes: If order consolidation, splitting, or re-delivery requires additional costs, we will confirm this with the customer and settle the actual costs.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Change/Cancellation Deadline: If you need to modify your delivery address, contact information, or cancel your order, please contact customer service at customer@gogochanger.com before shipment. Changes after shipment may incur additional re-delivery or return shipping fees.

Incorrect Order Handling: If the buyer enters an incorrect address or contact number, resulting in a package being unable to be signed for, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping and re-delivery costs.

Damage, Loss, and Delays

  • Damage: If the item is damaged during shipping, please retain the intact packaging and item, take photos, and send the photos and order information to customer@gogochanger.com within 48 hours of receipt so we can verify with the carrier and assist with claims processing.
  • Lost: If the shipping status shows "Lost" or has not been updated for an extended period, we will cooperate with the shipping company to investigate and process compensation or reissue based on the results. The processing time is subject to the shipping company's investigation.
  • Delays: In the event of delays due to weather, natural disasters, transportation accidents, or force majeure, we will endeavor to communicate with the carrier and notify you promptly, but we are not responsible for any consequential losses.

International Shipping (if applicable)

Duties and Import Taxes: International orders may incur import duties or other fees imposed by the destination country's customs. These fees are the buyer's responsibility (unless otherwise stated in the promotion or product description). We will try to provide information on the product page, but local customs policies will ultimately prevail.

Customs Clearance: During international shipping, if the buyer provides incomplete information or the information does not meet local customs requirements, resulting in customs clearance delays or returns, the buyer will be responsible for the corresponding costs and liabilities.

Prohibited Items: Please note that some decorative items may be restricted or prohibited from import in some countries/regions due to their materials or accessories. Please confirm the laws and regulations of your destination before placing an order. If a product is returned or destroyed due to an embargo, the buyer will be responsible for any associated costs.

After-Sales and Claims

Claim Application: If the product is damaged, missing, or lost during shipping, please send a description of the problem, photos/videos, and order number to customer@gogochanger.com within x days of receipt (recommended within 48 hours). We reserve the right to decline claims filed after this deadline, but will handle the matter at our discretion.

Refund/Reissue: If damage/loss is verified to be due to shipping or logistics, we will provide a refund, replacement product, or compensation. The specific arrangement will be determined through negotiation with you.

Return Procedure: If you wish to return an item, please first contact customer@gogochanger.com to request a return authorization and complete a return form. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Returned items must be in their original packaging, accessories, and gifts. Shipping charges for returns due to personal reasons are the buyer's responsibility (except in special circumstances).

Force Majeure

If war, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other events beyond our control prevent or delay our shipping obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to implement alternative measures and promptly notify the buyer. However, we assume no liability for any resulting breach of contract.

Privacy and Data Use

To fulfill our shipping obligations, we may need to collect and use your name, contact information, shipping address, and other information. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the law and will only use it for order processing, delivery, and after-sales service. We will not use your information for any other unauthorized purposes or sell it to third parties (except as otherwise required by law). Disputes and Governing Law

This Shipping Policy and its interpretation shall be governed by the laws of the country where we operate. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through negotiation.
